Privacy notice.

Lessvendor is Stone Code’s managed software brand.

We collect your name, email address, enquiry topic and message, plus any organisation, team size, budget or current system details you share. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry. We don’t add them to a marketing mailing list. We record the enquiry page and preset campaign and message labels to see which offers generate enquiries. We don’t save unique advertising click IDs.

We store your enquiry in a Cloudflare database and send a copy of the details to our business email inbox. We keep the details as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship. We use your IP address temporarily to limit submission rates and don’t store it with your enquiry.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam by checking browser and device signals. It may ask you to tick a box. Our server checks the verification token and doesn’t store it with your enquiry. Cloudflare’s privacy policy ↗

We use Plausible Analytics on lessvendor.com to measure visits, traffic sources, campaign performance and successful enquiry submissions. Plausible uses technical request data to produce aggregate statistics. We send preset campaign labels and strip other query parameters. We send only the referring site’s origin and exclude your name, email, message and unique advertising click IDs. How Plausible handles analytics data ↗
